Birkenhead 6th Form College

Since opening in 1988 the College has gone from strength to strength. There has been an increase in student numbers from 450 in 1988 to over 1200 in 2005. One of the main reasons for it's popularity lies in the range of subjects the College can offer. A flexible timetable allows almost any combination of more than 30 A Levels, GCSEs, AVCEs and GNVQs.

Wirral Lifelong and Family Learning

All aspects of Wirral Lifelong and Family Learning Service were recently graded as good by the Adult Learning Inspectorate in March 2006. The service aims to provide and develop courses for people locally.

Wirral Voluntary and Community Sector's Network

The Wirral Voluntary and Community Sectors' Network (WVCSN) exists in order to bring together the many voluntary and community groups in Wirral and give them a strong voice in planning for the borough.
